Order this off of eBay for really cheap, under $3. It took a while to get here but when it did I was excited because it had fun packaging and the tip of the pencil was more like a marker. It is a liquid eyebrow pencil. Well needless to say I would use this more of a liquid eyeliner because it made my eyebrow look ridiculous. To bold and fake looking.
