The reason I got this shampoo originally was because i was trying to find a shampoo with as many natural ingredients as possible, and less scary ones. This shampoo has sweet potato in it! What's not to love? Plus it smells good. Good value, the bottle lasts quite a long time, and it makes your hair nice and soft. Even though I tried to pack light when I travelled across the country this summer, I had to bring this with me. I like it.

I bought this shampoo when it went on sale for 6.99 at Shoppers. I was initially very attracted to the Yes to Carrots line because of their natural ingredients and paraben-free products, so I went out and bought their whole line. I have to say, this shampoo was my least favorite product. My hair felt dry and it stripped the colour of my highlights. The fact that it doesn't foam up makes it even less appealing - I often found myself using double the amount I would ordinarily use for shampoo, and/or even having to use another brand of shampoo afterwards in over to achieve the clean feeling! I would not recommend this product to anyone.

It has taken me a good long while to decide whether or not I like this shampoo (about one whole bottle to be exact). I love Yes to Carrots’ other hair care products – their conditioner and deep conditioning mask to be specific – but I am not in LOVE with this one. That is not to say that I don’t like it though – it is a good product that I definitely give the thumbs up.

I was thrown off at first because it doesn’t work up a huge lather. I have been told though that lather is not really what determines how clean your hair is, and in fact the more lather you get the likelier it is that your hair is being stripped of its natural (healthy!!) oils by harsh chemicals. Assuming that this is true this product is very healthy for your hair. I like to think of it as the difference between a foaming and a non-foaming facial cleanser.

My hair feels really soft and clean after I use this shampoo. What else can a girl ask for? It also does a beautiful job of detangling my unruly curls. I will definitely buy another bottle when mine runs out (which I should mention has taken a while because a little goes a long way!)

An okay product, doesn`t stand out but I love the fact they are as natural as possible.

I love this shampoo. It has worked wonders on my hair. I have long thick hair that can sometimes be dry so I bought this because it says that it has natural ingredients, carrots and stuff from the dead sea. And upon using this with the conditioner, I swear the texture of my hair is much better. Silkier and easier to manage. I would definitely recommend this shampoo/conditioner set to those who are looking for healthy strong hair. Plus it has a nice smell to it.
