Convenient and great quality, but $$$
I recently received these to try and I was pretty happy with the product overall. They have a refreshing cucumber scent and I appreciate that they are made with relatively clean products suitable for sensitive skin. The downside would be the price per quantity which is pretty hefty for a 10 count of travel facial wipes. Overall these are very useful and come in convenient travel size packaging, but there are also many similar products out there that are a lot cheaper
Favorite makeup wipes
Probably my favorite wipes for makeup removal. Worth the money. Takes off makeup nicely. Love the size, these last awhile because I usually only need half a wipe each day. Doesn't irritate or redden my skin. Love these. Highly recommend.
Gave me an allergic reaction!
I took these wipes on holiday. I have sensitive skin and they claim to be 'hypoallergenic'. So I used them to take off my makeup as it says 'instantly removes makeup'. It stung my eyes slightly but I didn't think anything of it. The next morning my eyes were completely swollen and this slowly moved to the rest of my face over the next two days. On closer inspection, I found that in small print it says do not use on eyes! This should be a lot clearer and bigger for MAKEUP WIPES, as I assume that means mascara too. Clearly not great for sensitive skin.
Moisturizing and Gentle Makeup Remover Wipes
The thing I enjoyed most about these wipes is how moist the individual towelettes are. It sometimes feels like scrubbing away at skin while trying to remove makeup is ultimately harmful to my face, but these are wet enough they help to just wipe away gently. I have combination skin that is dry in certain patches, after using these wipes my face does not feel tight or itchy at all. The ingredients calm my skin and are soothing. Great packaging also with a secure closure so that the wipes do not dry out, it clicks closed after each use.
Great Wipes
Recently discovered this brand so I bought the wipes to try out, I think these might just be my new go to brand for facial wipes. They smell so good, love that they are all natural and soothing for my skin, they also remove my makeup so well. The packaging is cute and you get a quite a lot of wipes for the money, I only got the travel pack which was just under $4 which is pretty good.
Favourite drugstore wipes
My favourite makeup wipes to bring when traveling! Takes all of your makeup off including eye makeup and the package doesn't dry up even if you don't use it for a while. Brought these in my hospital bag recently and they really refresh your face too! The scent is lovely as well.
These wipes are a little pricey then some of the other brands I have purchased.
But.. they smell refreshing and remove that stubborn eye makeup.
I would purchase them again, but I would keep an eye out for sales.
I use these wipes to take off my day's make up before I hit the gym and they always get the make up cleared off instantly. I find them really effective in order to make sure I have no make up on during my workout.
These seem like such a good idea but if you have sensitive skin they are not for you. I had used them back when I was in high school because they are a natural product and when your in cosmetology class you have to take off make up alot, they were handy to keep in my bag and not harsh ( so i thought) by the end of the week using them once a day I had red itchy dry skin, that being said I donated the rest to my class ( why throw them out if they can get used) and my class mates whom can do anything to their skin and not worry loved them. so it depends on how moody your skin is
I think I just have to admit I don't like face wipes but was away and couldn't get to a sink so I brought these. In the end there's nothing that replaces splashing your face with water. These work fine, no idea if they take off make up as I wasn't wearing any. Strong cucumber smell.
Took off my make up with these now, and it did a pretty good job. Didn't get all the mascara and eyeliner off, in spite of a bit of rubbing. Because i generally use face wash and water i am used to getting all the make up off. But in a situation where you might have limited resources this would work.
