convenient

it's convenient since it's in a bottle, all pre made and ready to consume anytime. taste is ok, not bad and the price is affordable. i drink one after going to the gym.

Protein

If you’re not much of a meat person and want to get some protein in this would be worth it. The price is not bad it’s .88 for each bottle which is good. I like the strawberry flavor my hubby likes the vanilla flavor so it’s a win win situation for us!
