Ok - listen up. This yogurt will change ur life lol. Amazing 😉 stuff, in fact so brilliant.
It’s creamy, clean, filling, very satisfying. I haven’t tried the strawberry wish my local stores carried this flavour. Vanilla is good but the plain, again very versatile. Use it to make dips, smoothies and it’s excellent way to toss my frozen fruit in the container over night and have it for lunch the next day. It’s like an ice cream Treat. I highly recommend this product 👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Packed Proteins and Low in Sugar

This version of yogurt came to change everything! It's packed on Proteins (15g) and only 110 calories for a relatively large container. I'm always skeptical about buying flavored yogurt due to the sugar content, but this one is only 10g and 0% fat. It's amazing how satisfying and thick it is. This is my new go-to snack!
