I wasn’t sleeping and my anxiety was all time high. My boss gave me some of her oils to try and omg! I sleep and my anxiety can get toned right down. Surrender for sleep and RutaVala for anxiety. This is an amazing line of oils. It is pricey but you DO NOT need a lot. I don’t know where I’d be without them. Love them so much I became a member!
