I found this at Walmart. I believe this is the first time I've had meat from this brand. It was on sale, and since it's just myself, I figured this was great value because I could get many portions from it. It takes about an hour to cook. It's already marinaded. It's easy to slice. It has a nice flavour. I don't know what Kansas City bbq is supposed to taste like, but this is nice. It tastes good on it's own, or on a bun.
