ok so this is actually a liquid that has the texture of a silicone primer. I use this on no make up days when I am just wearing my daily moisturizers/serums because I have oily shiney skin. this used after my moisturizer and serum eliminates shine instantly and lasts most of the day. very good price also. only down side is the bottle is on the small side
