Love the concept of having both collagen and ceramides in one supplement. I dont eat it as recommended 6 a day, instead i only take 2 every day because i don’t want my body to be fully relying on it. The pill has no taste and is small one easy to swallow. I have been taking this collagen for about 3 weeks. There is no obvious effect. It may take a long time to feel. Hope to slow down the speed of my skin aging.
