Sheer lip glow with YSL

I have the shade 1B - Pink Sunrise and found it to feel nourishing on application and it applies evenly, gives a good sheen and lasts a decent amount of time (1-2 hours) on my lips through eating/drinking. I find myself topping up more for the hydration side of things but there is always a subtle colour left behind which is nice as well as smoother lips! It’s got a fruity scent which isn’t my favourite but it’s pretty inoffensive and doesn’t linger too long! I was a bit worried about the pH technology as products with this have left me with bright pink lips before but this shade works beautifully with my complexion though I have a couple of the other shades and they do all end up looking a little similar!

The packaging is weighty and luxurious and I am happy to have it in my collection - it’s a new handbag essential! While it isn’t cheap, it does feel like an absolute treat to apply and though not the longest lasting, it definitely has a firm place in my collection!

too light for me

The formulation is beautiful, amazing quality but this shade specifically is not for me. I know someone will love this shade and will also love the formulation 😇

Pretty baby pink

Amazing pure baby pink color! It’s so pure and bright! I love how it nourishes your lips and also has pigment! I take it everywhere when I go outsideeee

A nice balm, but...

Love the formula. Although in my opinion, this has no pigment to it and is just an overpriced lip balm. Lips feel great, and packaging is stunning. If you don't mind paying over $50 for those aspects alone, give it a try! I just personally would like more color to it.

An effective product but pricey for most

I tried shades 1B, 3B, and 44B and truthfully, I couldn't tell the difference on my lips. The colours are quite sheer so whichever shade you get, it's likely to compliment and match you regardless. The butter balms are hydrating and apply smoothly on my lips. They didn't leave an oily feel which is a non-negotiable for my lip products. I'm super impressed with the luxurious packaging as it feels high quality and makes me feel so :sparkles:rich:sparkles: whenever I grab this product. That being said, the price is quite inaccessible to most people and I can't say that it drastically outperformed my other butter balms to justify the price. It's an effective product but pricey for most.

Feels moisturizing but no colour

I like the feel of these lip balms, however I really saw little to no colour on my actual lips. It does feel moisturizing and the packaging is gorgeous but to me it's no different to most other brand lip balms.

YSL Candy Glow Tinted Butter Balm. I believe the shade One B Does not suit my skin tone. This sweats suit more of a light to light medium skin tone. However, this did feel extremely hydrated

Beautiful packaging

Beautiful packaging! If you have a darker complexion, it pairs well with a dark brown lip liner.

I like the feel of this balm but it's not long-lasting... It'll wipe off like any balm once you eat/drink anything.

Like a lip chap but looks like a lipstick

It’s a bit of a confusing product. It looks like lipstick but feels like lip chap. I love how hydrating it feels on my lips and it looks nice. Sheer but hydrating.

Hydrating

This lipbalm has a very sheer tint and is very hydrating. The packaging is absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend for a more natural glam look.
