Perfect for daily wear

I love this sahde. This is perfect for daily wear. I can use this with or without makeup. The scent is really nice and it gives the pink glow . It is very hydrating . Not super glossy. I love the packing as well .

The prettiest pink I’ve ever used!

Such a gorgeous colour! The application of the product is so smooth & natural looking! It lasts for a long time, which I love. I also love how fancy and lux the packaging is!!

Worth it IF…

As a makeup artist I have come to terms with the fact that I hate lipstick. I would much rather line my lips and add a balm or a gloss with a kiss of colour. I want my lips looking juicy and feeling hydrated. I have also found that a lot of my clients feel the same. No one has time to retouch their lipstick anymore anyways. This being said. For someone who doesn’t wear every shade of lipstick under the sun this splurge is worth it! I would even buy them in the darker colours with a lip liner. I highly recommend if you feel the same way I do about lipstick and want to treat yourself to try these out.

Glossy balm

This formula is hydrating and not sticky. Feels great on the lips and I love the tint of color. Lasts a long time. It's a balm but shines like a gloss. It's very pretty on the lips!

Love the see through texture

I love how it looks like my natural lip colour cause it’s a see through shade. Would definitely wear it whenever I need extra hydration cause it makes my lip looks natural

Love this color for girlies fair neutral and cool

I love this colour for it's subtle rose. It is def still a nude lip color and the balmy texture is so beautiful. Glossy so it doesnt stick to your lip creases and make you look dry af

Perfect everyday tinted lip balm

I love these so much! They go on like butter and keep my lips hydrated for a while! It acts like a lipstick and gloss in one, and this one is a very subtly pink end gives you that “no makeup makeup” look.

Smooth and shiny

I've been using the YSL Candy Glow Tinted Butter Balm for a few days now. The texture is buttery smooth, and it glides on effortlessly, leaving my lips feeling hydrated and soft. Shade 1B is a perfect everyday nude -- quite subtle.

Not as intense as a lipstick but offer more pigmentation than a typical balm. Plus, the sleek packaging feels luxurious and looks stunning in my purse ;)

the ysl candy glow balm: as good as the candy glaz

i was sooooo excited when ysl beauty and butterly sent these to me in exchange for a review as i am a huge fan of ysl lipsticks especially the candy glaze line. as this has the “candy” name i wondered, would it live up to the candy glaze glory?

these lip balms are beautiful. they coast the lips in a smooth layer of hydrating shine, they have the signature ysl mango scent, and the shea butter and maracuja oil leaves your lips looking plump and shiny. my only caveat is that the tint tends to defer to that “ph pink” that every single ph adjusting lippie turns into.

if you love a tinted lip balm then truly these were made for you. the packaging in stunning, they feel so nourishing on the lips, and they keep your lips feeling hydrated for a few hours. these would be a fantastic “touch-up” balm to keep in your purse. so once again ysl makes another incredible luxury balm, but in my humble opinion, it still doesn’t quite reach the candy glaze glory ;)

Beautiful tiful light pink

YSL loveshine candy glow in ‘pink sunrise’ is a lovely light pink shade that has slightly cool undertones and works great with a pastel make-up look. It’s on the sheer side so your natural lip colour will come through a little bit, which i personally love with a lighter colour because it looks so healthy and natural!
