Not the best

The mascara is not lengthening enough. The formula seems dry. There fore, I do not think I will be purchasing it. Somehow gets the job done. Would expect better in this price point t

Not 100%

There’s lots of hype about this new @yslbeauty Lashclash Waterproof Mascara! How did it do on my fine, short lashes? I wouldn’t say it was a home run. It made my lashes look longer, defined, and somewhat more voluminous. Unfortunately, there was a bit of clumping. There was also transfer during the day which is my biggest issue with almost all mascaras. And, it wasn’t waterproof which was tested with real tears as well as dabbing of wet tissue.

It’s okay, not for me

I wish I loved this and I’m thankful I got to try this mascara. It’s to heavy on my lashes, I have long lashes and hooded eyes so I notice this gives me racoon eyes. Very clumpy and seemed dried out, maybe I got a bad one. Very expensive too, paying for brand name? I love other YSL products though, the nu bare tint is amazing.

Good waterproof mascara

Stays on all day. It's a great black shade. I usually don't use waterproof mascara, but this one works well! My only complaint is that it's a bit clumpy. Mascaras don't usually clump right away.

Ysl lash clash mascara

I really liked the packaging right off the bat! Very simple , elegant and clean. The brush is the second thing I noticed it had thicker bristles for more coverage on the lashes vs the smaller ones. The formula is good , I feel I May have applied to much and would only do tío coats next time. It lasted all day and came off with alot of makeup balm. It's definitely waterproof! Lol overall I enjoyed the product

Not my favourite

There are pros and cons to this mascara, however for me the cons outweighed. I was not a fan of how bulky the brush was - not to hold and not to apply. The handle and brush were just massive and I found I couldn't get a good application to my lashes. It felt like I brushed my lashes 20x to achieve a barely there look. I don't want to work that hard for a tinted lash. Now for the pro, which was the waterproof aspect. That it truly is! I applied in the morning, spent the majority of the day sweating in my sunny backyard and it didn't budge. It didn't budge in the shower either. Not a single smudge. You will need a good oil based eye makeup remover for this bad boy. It was also flake free and there were no clumps.

Great formula, but applicator is too big

The longevity and smoothness of this formula is amazing. I had it on for hours and never it flaked off. I had to use an oil based cleanser to remove it! So I was surprised with how well it held up. My only issue is I have fairly small eyes, so the applicator was slightly too big for my taste. It was hard to get into the inner and outer corners due to how long the bristles were. But if big brushes are your preference, then this mascara hits all the marks!

not convinced

for the price; I find it quite clumpy and not very easy to layer. It is indeed waterproof; but I can think of better drug store options for my short and straight lashes.

I had high hopes!

I receieved this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I was so excited to try this mascara and had high hopes that it was going to be amazing. I have long straight lashes naturally and this mascara did nothing for them. I had to add a couple of layers to get some sort of curl and at the end they ended up making my eyelashes freel dry and clumpy. The brush was nice and the packaging itself looked eye catching. I wish I would have loved this more.

Disappointing

I had high hopes for this mascara but overall I was disappointed. The wand looked so promising. I loved that it was tapered and would allow me to target individual lashes a bit better. The amount of product that is on the brush is way too much. It made the mouth of the tube so gross and messy. The product made my lashes look clumpy and honestly didn't really provide the volume I expected either. As far as being waterproof, it definitely is, because it was really hard to get off. I normally wear waterproof mascara and even using my regular products that take off waterproof mascara, there was still buildup left on my lashes. For this price, the quality isn't there, the engineering of the tube isn't there, and I don't want to have to destroy my lashes to get it off.
