Splurge Worthy

This mascara is definitely worth splurging on but before we get into the whys let me start off with the how’s. I found that in order to get the maximum out of this formula you have to remove the excess off before applying because it can get a little gunky or messy with the big wand. I like the size of the applicator because it gets all of your lashes with even strokes. I was able to achieve a lot of length and volume with one application before going back into the bottle. It’s a not too wet formula that dries down fast. I’m obsessed with the drama it gives my lashes and they look so full, long and defined. It’s absolutely buildable to create more intensity. It’s very pigmented and bold. I first tried this on a rainy day and I can say that it stands by its waterproof claims. I managed to wear a full day of makeup without getting the raccoon, smudged look on my under eyes. There was a little transfer but I’m still impressed compared to other mascaras and I think that could be resolved with setting my under eyes better.

Super Volumizing!

This is a very pretty and expensive mascara but does it justify the price? I’m not sure. This YSL Lash Clash mascara claims to be volumizing, waterproof, smudge proof, heat & humidity proof. It has an almost oversized brush which is great for adding volume and drama but caused me to mess up my makeup a few times. It’s not very lengthening and for my preference it’s too clumpy. The bristles weren’t good at separating the lashes. Although it stayed put the entire time without smudging or bleeding.

Love it!

I’m really happy with this mascara! It gives great length and volume but It’s a little bit clumpy which is the only thing I don’t like, it doesn’t smudge through the day and doesn’t wear off, love the packaging and the applicator, I recommend it

Amazing Volume with Waterproof Protection

I received the opportunity to try YSL Lashclash Mascara courtesy of Butterly. The product has a unique bottle and comes in a luxurious box. The brush does not look like anything special, but, upon use, the brush and formula grab your lashes and pull them upward holding them in place. YSL Lashclash Mascara provides great volume. The formula is difficult to remove from skin (if you get some on your eyelids, for example), but I guess that makes it a good water proof formula! The mascara held up on my lashes even after washing my face. Very impressed and satisfied with this product.

It worked by was not my fav

The product did it job but I found it dry and didn’t work well at making volume and length for my lashes. The colour was also not black enough. But it worked

Volumized lashes

My lashes are very straight and wonky so its hard to find a mascara that actually makes a difference, but I can see the difference with the YSL Lash Clash Extreme Volume Mascara. The formula goes on well, but it can get a little clumpy if you use too much. It is lightweight and comfortable when it dries down. Definitely adds volume to my lashes and helped hold a curl, which is unheard of. The wand is a little bigger then I usually like so application was a little messy but it was easy to clean up (this is also probably more user error). Overall I really like the look it gave my lashes.

Hello gorgeous eyes!!

Received the YSL lashclash mascara from @thisisbutterly in exchange for my honest review.
Love how black thick and long my eyelashes look after applying this mascara. I love the brush of this mascara very different and easy to apply to the tinier lashes I have in between my longer lash hair. It dries up fast too so its easier if you are looking to apply your second layer for a dramatic look.

Love this mascara!

I have a hard time finding a mascara that doesn’t weigh my lashes down. This one holds my curl, volumizes and lengthens. It lasts all day, and even though it waterproof, it’s easy to remove with micellar water. Would definitely recommend.

Drastically enhances lashes

The YSL Lashclash Mascara is a great product overall. It significantly increases volume, darkness, and length of lash appearance, and the product lasts all day until you use makeup remover. However, because of the brush which helps with volume, there is potential that lashes can clump today if the product is not applied carefully. The price point is also a little high, but that makes sense considering it is a luxury product.

Lashes that actually stay all day!

I was impresssed! This mascara goes on nicely without clumping; a few coats will give long lasting feathery looking lashes. Bonus is the waterproofing which I found worked well and held on all day. I work outside so I need a mascara that stays all day and doesn’t smudge or run due to oils, sweat & the elements. YSL Lasclash mascara did not disappoint!
