A Shiny Soft Pink

The texture of this lipstick is so buttery smooth that it glides across my lips with ease. It’s not drying at all! I find the colour to be easily buildable, so I can go over my lips in multiple layers when I want a stronger look. Shade 44 is very light and a true baby soft pink. This is close to my natural lip shade, so it’s great when I want a subtle look; it adds a beautiful shine and the smallest improvement of your lip colour that will have people thinking you were born with the prettiest pink lips! I was sent this lipstick in exchange for an honest review.

Beautiful light pink colour

I love the 44 Nude Lavallière! It's a beautiful, pinkish nude colour that's perfect for a soft natural look. I also love how easily this lipstick glides and how moisturizing it is. It also smells so nice!

A very versatile pink nude

I love this product! It feels like a light lip oil; sheer, moisturizing and slick. I have been applying it the same way I do my chapstick all day long and the colour is sheer enough that you can pull that off!

The tube has some weight to it which makes it feel super luxe in my opinion.

Though I do not find it to last super long, the colour seems to subtly stick around long after the product itself seems to have faded away. I actually love this!

Shade 44 is meant to be an “iconic pink nude”. I once had a Sephora employee tell me that I had the sort of skin tone that could not pull off nude shades but this pink begs to differ in my opinion. When you build it up a bit I find it looks almost frosted if you’re into that vibe! Overall, a great day to day pink nude.

Beautiful but expensive

I really liked the formula and feel of this lipstick. It is creamy and buildable and goes on like a balm. But while I loved it, I find the price to be unreasonably high

Hydrating and non sticky

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I have tried other lip oils in the past that are sticky and don’t last. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and soft this lip oil stick is. With a subtle shade and non sticky but hydrating instead! I will be picking this one often!

Lustrous shine

I loved shade #44 as it perfectly matches my complexion, giving my lips a kiss of pink. So shiny and luscious, definitely my favorite brand. Scent free.

Youthful, pink, summer shade!

If I were to simply describe the Yves Saint Laurent LoveShine Lipstick line into three words, it would be soft, summery shine. Unlike conventional glosses with their intense, almost mirror-like shine, this lipstick offers a subtle shimmer that catches the light and provides a high shine without the downsides of gloss.

What makes it amazing for the summer months is its non-sticky formula. YSL’s Loveshine lipstick provides a lightweight lippie that has just the right amount of sheen, ensuring your lips remain soft and cute through the sunny days ahead.

The Nude Lavalliere (Shade 44) here lightens up my lips, giving them a youthful pink tinge. I think it pairs well with a stripped back, young summer look that’s more casual. I’d definitely call this a daytime lipstick! The comfortable feel, plus how it absorbs naturally through the day, means I’ll be reaching for it through the rest of spring and summer and would definitely use it again.

Glossy and pink

The lipstick tube is beautiful and feels like high quality. The actual colour is like a perfect pink for spring/summer. I loved how the lipstick smelled, almost edible smelling! One swipe of the lipstick was enough for gorgeous pink tones that look super fresh. I did have to reapply later in the day but you don't use much of the actual stick to get a lot of gloss. I like too that it's paraben free and super hydrating. Definitely would recommend YSL loveshine lipsticks.

Luxurious, highly pigmented and moisturizing

Thank-you @yslbeauty. I really love these new YSL loveshine lipsticks. They were gifted to me complimentary by @butterly. I’ve used YSL fragrances for years, but I never ventured over to check out their make up line. The 2 colours I receieved #44 nude and #150 nude lingerie are great barely there shades…both cool pinks with just the right amount of shine and are moisturizing while still staying put.

The Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) Loveshine Lip Oil Stick is a hybrid of a lipstick and lip oil all wrapped into one!

I love that it has a buildable color pay-off of a lipstick but also the shiny finish of a lip oil. It’s not “drying” like most lip tints / lipsticks and it’s definitely not “sticky” like most lip glosses. Instead, it’s a beautiful lip color that feels silky, looks hydrated / smooth on the lips and is long-wearing!

I had the opportunity to give these a try and I absolutely loved how my lips looked and felt. Of course, I’m all about the packaging too and it’s a 10/10 in my opinion.
