Not the right shade for me

The lipstick melts and glides on nice and smooth, almost like a lip oil. I wouldn’t say it’s the exact consistency of a lip oil, as it does start off as a solid product.

The colour is buildable but I felt like that the more product I applied, the more my lip lines were accentuated. The lipstick was hydrating and left a wet shine finish. It’s not long lasting and transfers very quickly when you’re drinking, eating, etc. Although the colour transfers easily, it still leaves a bit of a lip tint for a few hours.

In terms of shade, I found the Nude Lavalliere (44 - Iconic Pink Nude) shade to be too light of a pink for my olive skin tone.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review and honestly - I am obsessed. I’m not a huge lipstick girly so I was interested to see how much I would like this and I am happy to say it’s now a must have in my makeup bag. Makes my lips look and feel so soft and kissable. Goes on super smoothly and feels great on the lips.

I adore this shade and how it looks on me. The perfect nudey / pink shade that compliments me well. I also love that you can build it up by layering for a more pigmented colour without it feeling cakey and sticky.

I'm in love!

I'm in love! Glides on so smoothly. gives pigmentation like a lipstick with gloss and hydration like a lip oil. so lightweight and buildable, making it perfect for any occasion. My favourite shade so far!

Moisture rich

I’m loving the #44 shade of YSL love shine lipstick. The packaging is so pretty, and the application is so smoothe and glossy. This is the perfect shade of light pink for everyone. I wish the pink colour on the packaging of the lipstick reflected the actual shade of the lipstick inside.

My lips but better

This shade is a beautiful rose colour that is literally a my lips but better shade. So buttery smooth and lightweight and it feels amazing on your lips, they really do feel nourished.

Beautiful shade

Gorgeous shade with coral undertones that is great for everyday wear. It glides on so smooth and light and makes my lips feel super soft. I do wish it lasted longer, but you can always use a liner first and set it with a bit of powder if needed.

Nourishing oil lipstick

I DO like this oil lipstick - however the shade #150 is not really for me. It’s a bit on the orange/red side. I love that it goes on smoothly and makes my lips feel nourished. There is a sparkle and shine to the lipstick but the colour does not last long. I’m more of a gloss girl vs lipstick so I like how the application goes and that it’s not a solid colour.

This lipstick due to its long lasting wear and hydrating properties, is perfect for the daytime wear or night wear. This lipstick is not transfer proof but but it lasted for many hours until re application was needed. The texture of this lipstick is very smooth and creamy enabling your lips to feel smooth and softer. With a lightweight formula your lips will not look cracked or dehydrated as it will enhance your lips making them look more vibrant, glossy and full. Overall I am happy with this product.
