Ultra nourishing and su the pop of colour

If your style is minimalistic when it comes to lip products, the Loveshine Lip Oil sticks are perfect. The formula is a gorgeous lip oil lipstick blend that delivers nourishment up to 24 hours, and it has a subtle flush of color that is buildable. But in my opinion if you're looking for a bolder look, you may want to check out one of the other lines from YSL instead. I love the barely there flush of color for everyday, so I don't have ti constantly keep checking and worry about touchups. #150 is a shade that is close to my natural lip color and has a very subtle sparkle and shine and everything I want from a lip product.

Best lip oil

It glides on smoothly and feels so comfortable it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing anything on my lips. It’s very long lasting, I wore it for 3+ hours before having to eat and it didn’t fade! Feels very moisturizing and did not dry out my lips. Smells like caramel and tastes like candy. Now I want to try the other shades!

Always been grateful to receive such lovely quality products from YSL, the Loveshine Lipstick in shades 150 (Nude Lingerie) and 44 (Nude Lavalliere), both exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. First and foremost, the premium packaging lives up to the brand's standards, adding a touch of luxury to my makeup collection. Despite my usual preference for matte finishes, this lipstick's satin shine won me over, offering a subtle sheen that accentuates my lips without feeling overly glossy. The texture of the product glided effortlessly onto my lips, providing hydration. The standout color for me was the shade 150 (Nude Lingerie), a gorgeous peachy mauve hue that complemented my skin tone beautifully. Not bad

I don't like this scent, like some cheap lipstick. but the color is not bad and feels good on the lips. I give 4 stars because of the scent. not for me

YSL Loveshine lip oil stick

I had previously purchased YSL Rouge Volupte Shine lipstick so I was so excited to try the YSL Loveshine lip oil stick. I was given 2 colours to try for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest opinion.
I got 44- nude lavalliere (iconic pink nude) and 150- nude lingerie- (warm nude pink) which are nice everyday colours. The tubes are made of heavy golden metal and just look so fancy.
The colours are similar but I did prefer the 150 nude lingerie. It was a warmer colour that worked better forvmy skin tone. They both were so smooth once applied- I could really feel the 6 oils in the formula.
My lips looked and felt so hydrated immediately and even after the colour faded. I didn't find much staying power but I don't think that was the goal of this lipstick.
The wet shine finish was fantastic- I'm not a matte lip girly. I found myself wanting to reapply to keep building the colour. Perhaps the more bold colours would build but I didn't find much difference with these lighter colours.
It does have that nice fragrance I experienced with the Rouge Volupte Shine. It is subtle and doesn't last long if you are sensitive to smells.
Overall I do really enjoy this lipstick. It feels amazing on your lips and I love the colours. The only downside is the cost- $61 at Sephora or $56 at Shoppers. This is a prestige brand so for those who are used to buying YSL this will not be a deal breaker.

I don't like the scent. but the color is good and looks good on the lips. I would rate it 4 stars because this scent.
