Versatile

Been using Yves products for years. The ground round is something easy and inexpensive to add to a recipe in place of ground beef. The texture is very good and it can be used in lots of dishes in place of ground beef. We use it in tacos (their Mexican ground round is pre-seasoned), lazy cabbage rolls, Shepard’s pie to name a few! Easy to find - even many Walmart’s carry this product!
