This is a TONER an MAKE-UP remover form YVES ROCHER. Since I got this, my face hasn't been drying out as much has and best art is that you don't have to wash it off. This is great if your a student or just busy to wake-up and use this an just go and reapply your make-up. I've used this for 2 weeks now and I really love it.
