this is a great product to use after u've been on ur feet all day. i used it one day after being on my feet and almost instantly it helped to relieve my sore feet, all u do is just take a little bit of the gel and rub it into ur feet and u can feel ur sore achy foot pain go away. it would be a little better if it came in a bigger bottle or didn't cost so much, but i would highly recommend it to someone who's on their feet all day.
