This is a wonderful change up from your typical body wash and shampoo in one! It's a freshness like you're in Hawaii! Smells SO wonderful and cleanses skin and hair extremely well! It leaves skin and hair feeling clean, supple and fresh! If you have dry skin, like myself, be sure to use a conditioner for your head/hair and a moisturizer after your shower or bath. I find that it cleans everything and it can dry your skin out a bit!
