good option

I like adding this product to pasta and tacos. Makes the pasta more filling. But I did find I have to add quite a bit of seasoning to have any flavour. I don't like the texture of it, it's a little rubbery.

I love that i can easily find meatless alternatives at any grocery store I shop at. yves meat products are so convenient and easy to prepare, like their "ground beef" which takes seconds to cook and is really delicious in shepherds pie or for taco night!

Awesome meat replacement

This company goes above and beyond for their products. This is the one vegan food that my whole family will actually eat, so that’s saying something! Great for soups, chilli, and other dishes.

It's ok

I'm not a vegetarian or vegan but I do eat their food sometimes as I have a hard time digesting meat and I like the taste of some. Yves is ok, there is much better products out there. There is a funny taste and the consistency is not pleasant. It's ok if you put it in spaghetti cause it covers the flavor. But for tacos is gross lol. I suppose if you like the taste of soy beans you'd like this. But if you over cook it.. It gets really crunchy.

Great alternative for meat

This is a great option for my husband and I who are trying to go meatless! They also have a gluten free option which is great! Glad that we have found something to add to our tacos, lasagnas and shepherds pie.

It's decent!

Since going vegetarian, I have used this a couple of times. Cool with taco seasoning for taco dip, and besides texture you can't tell difference in flavour. I do find without seasonings/spices the flavour just isn't there. Not my favourite veggie burger, but manageable if that's all that's available.

I'm vegan so I may be a little bit biased, but I've made many delicious meals like "sheppards" pie and spaghetti with the veggie ground round and I've been told it was the best they've ever had. Highly recommend to everyone, even meat lovers! :)

I tried this out (as my sister is vegan) for a spaghetti sauce, and my husband honestly could not tell it wasn't meat!!!!! So I like to use these every once in awhile, just to have some meatless days. The price is ok.....

This has been my go to brand for meatless ground round for over 14 years, and let me tell you, they have improved it SO well over those years! It is delicious! You can use it for so many things and the shepherds pie recipe on the back of the label is out of this world!
