Did not live up to expectations

When I saw these at the grocery store I thought I had found my new cup for my youngest. Unfortunately she has to do with pasta straws off the three that she has which is definitely a choking hazard. When I contacted the company about getting replacement tops, they were amazing and sent me a new complete top but didn't actually answer my question which was was there a way for me to buy Replacements which at this point I have not been able to find and I had to throw all three cups out. I tried reaching out to the company a couple different times with no luck having a response that actually was useful.
