I have not received this product
Unfortunately, I won't be able to give any honest review since I didn't received this product. I apologize but this is in my task to be completed. I won't be able to rate this product
Ehn, I'm on the fence.
This product is just honey. While clearly labeled 12mth+ I still am skeptical about parents grabbing this thinking it's a cough or cold medicine and exposing their children to the risk of botulism because they didn't properly read the packaging. It is tasty, and my kids are over the age of 2 so I felt safe giving it to them, but I am much more cautious than most. This one I would pass on.
Haven’t seen it work
This syrup tastes great, but we have been using it with a terrible lingering cough and it doesn’t seem to help… maybe it was too late when we started? The kids love it and we use it to at least make it look like we’re trying :)
Peach flavored honey
Zarbee’s baby soothing cough syrup is basically honey that is flavored with peach and citric acid. I think we can substitute farm bought honey with this
My picky son didn't like the flavour
Unfortunately, my picky son didn't enjoy the flavour of this by any means. He can be pretty particular with things and this just wasn't it for him Unfortunately.
Cough syrup
This product the kids were ok with the taste and did seem to help sooth the throat. It only had directions for kids up to 2years and both my kids are older, so can not do a roper review.
It's honey- obviously it works
Disclaimer: I got this for free to try it out and review it. The opinions however, are completely my own.
I personally swear by honey for cough and throat issues but my toddler cannot stand the taste.
The medicinal ingredient in this medicine is just honey and my toddler actually takes it without gagging so to me that is a win. If your kid doesn't have aversion to honey like mine, I would just stick to raw honey.
Works but not the best flavor.
Neither of my kids liked the flavor of the Zarbee's soothing cough syrup however after getting a dose into my youngest it did help his cough. The flavor was more molasses like than honey. I would recommend this to others as all kids have different tolerance for tastes but won't be adding it to my own medicine cabinet.
Good product
Zarbees cough syrup. Items seems to work ok. Child didn’t seem to like the taste of it. I prefer to stick with my usual brand. May or may not buy again in the future.
Received this product for free
Received this product for free in exchange for my honest review, but I don't have a baby at home to try. I could only review with the packaging. I think the package is attractive enough for me to give it a try and keep as a pantry item. I comfortable to let my kid to try it since Zarbee's is founded by a Father and Pediatrician.
