Questionable ingredients and taste

If I could summarize my review in one sentence that would be: "My kid did not like it". He said it tasted way too sweet. When I gave it to taste to his sister, she agreed. "It tastes like diabetes" were her exact words.
That would suffice as a review until I checked the ingredients. It said the main ingredient was honey (plus citric acid and peach aroma). First, when heated real honey not only loses its medicinal properties but may become toxic. Second, is citric acid suitable for the very young?! Because of these ingredients, I would never buy such a product for my little one.

Beware false claims

I received these products free to try in exchange for an honest review. As a healthcare practitioner I take any medical claims to be quite serious.
Beware any such claims of immunity boosting or using honey to cure.
