Not great...

The packaging is really cute! Unfortunately my kid took one lick and wouldn't try it. He is 2 and I don't think he liked the colour. I wish they had an insert explaining what each ingredient did since I don't know about ivy, etc.

Zarbee’s Cough Syrup to the rescue

This time of year with the rise of cold and flu symptoms, it is important for me to have a way to help my kids’ bodies fight back without the use of products containing unnecessary fillers and artificial sweeteners. I also don’t have to fight my kids to drink it. It tastes great and helps soothe coughs/sore throat symptoms. Zarbee’s cough and mucus syrup is a great addition to our medicine cabinet. I love having something I can turn to when needed and not have to worry. Cold/flu season is already hard enough.

Nature’s cure :)

Colds have hit our house. The kids and I are suffering with scratchy sore throats. I love that there are alternatives to Tylenol & Advil. I feel so much better giving something to my kids that don’t have medicinal ingredients. This Zarbees product has a real thick, strong taste of honey and wild berries. Something I enjoy, my kids are so-so on it but they agreed it soothes their throat. I’m happy with the product!

It works! And it tastes great!

My little hates having a cough. She is 3 and will fuss everytime she coughs in the night as it wakes her. She also HATES all liquid medication. This tastes like berry honey. She loved the taste. It soothes her throat from all the coughing. It helped keep her comfortable while she slept. I also did not worry giving it to her as it’s natural. Nothing sedating or dangerous about it. I highly recommend this product for your littles!

Kids love the taste and I think I would too!

I didn’t know there was a cough medicine available for very young kids. I love that this is good for ages 2+. The kids love the taste and I think it smells very tasty too.. a little like prune juice and has a deep purple colour to it too but looks thicker than prune juice. It did say take it with food but my kids’ cough are worse at night so I had them take it before bed. One of them slept soundly but the other one still woke up later with very wet cough. Since the max dosage is 2x a day, I wish I had delayed the syrup till when/if they get a coughing attack in the middle of the night. My kids were so excited about the syrup that they may have pretended to have bad cough before bed. Anyways, I’m still happy with the product and would buy in the future. The only thing I would suggest is to have the lid mark the 5ml line as it currently only shows the 10ml line. I would think the 5ml line is more applicable since this is likely bought for kids and the dosage for kids is 5ml. I got this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Natural fruity medicine!

I received this #freeproduct from @thisisbutterly for @zarbeesca #zarbeescoughsyrup - Children's Cough + Mucus Syrup. It came at a perfect time because my kids are sick with a cold and sore throat. This medicine is very different than the usual ones I bought for my kids. This is more of a natural medicine with natural ingredients without any chemicals. The fruity taste and smell is pretty strong. My daughter is trying to get use to the taste as it is brand new to her. I will be continuing giving this to her rather than Tylenol, Motrin for children.

A Lifesaver!

My son used the Zarbee's Cough + Mucus Syrup and we got good results in general. It has good quality and clean ingredients and, an important point is: it tastes good and I had no problem doing my son took it!
