didn't do much for me

I would prefer to take Nyquil over this product it didn't do much except leave me groggy the next day at work . I was so tired wish I was that tired for bed

I didnt sleep

This did not work for me, rather than make me sleepy I feel jittery. I did eventually fall asleep but it was a restless sleep. I don't often need help sleeping but though this would help with the occasional sleepless night. But like I said I felt more awake and jittery.
