Works great

I have used this several times when really having a hard time getting to sleep. It tastes great with no after taste. It is also good because there is no problem trying to swallow any pills.

Within 10 minutes of taking a dose of zzquil im sleepy and ready for a good nights sleep. Its fast, effective, long lasting. I wake up ready to roll, not groggy and sluggish! Best sleepaid ive tried! Taste pretty good to.

I find the Zzzzquil gels to be somewhat effective sleep aid. I doesn't kick right in for me though, it takes a little over an hour until I fall asleep, but it does keep me asleep for a good 6-7 hours of sleep. I have only purchased one pack and used them off and on when my brain just wouldn't shut down.
If you don't find these work for you, try the liquid, its 100% effective.

I personally love ZzzQuil. It's got everything I need for JUST sleeping and not all the unnecessary medicine I don't need. Just a few pointers!!
