I used this for my waterline and also for adding colour on top of, the associate at Sephora assured me it would work well for this purpose but alas it applied so unevenly, it left little white chunks of itself or left nothing at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had a sample and it's just the same as drugstore black liners. Save some money and get the NYC one which is like 3$ in Canada, and even cheaper in USA.
