The tarte sex kitten gel eyeliner is the best waterline eyeliner I have found out of everything I have ever tested. It just has a staying power. It is very pigmented. It is worth the money by far if you like a great liner for the waterline.

I bought these eyeliners from a 3 for$10 bin at Ardene store. They take a while to build up color and are difficult to do a winged liner. They are pretty good for lining the eye.

This eyeliner has an amazing fine and sturdy tip but unfortunately it does smear. After wearing it for awhile it had transferred to my lid. It goes on really well gliding across your skin leaving the perfect line so it’s such a shame that it transfers.
