This is a retractable eye pencil in black. It's not extreme black...more faded. It is kind of dry so you can't get a percise line from it. It is ok, but smudges. I would find it rubbed of onto my eye lids half way through the day. I liked it for my water line though

I really like this eye liner pencil. I find that it lasts pretty much all day, and I love how dark the colour is. I rarely have to reapply it and its very affordable. The only thing I don't like about this product is that I have to sharpen it often and the gel is very thick.
