I bought the ioni Phat Smokey Chubby Stick from Dollartree Canada for $1.40. It is well worth it. It is easy to use and creates a great Smokey eye using a blending brush. It is great for smudging out the crayon.

This product is great, it last for ever, with a constant rich color. The brush is very precise in drawing very fine lines with your eye liner. It is easy to handle, and priced very reasonably.

This eyeliner is a bit hard to apply. It would prefer a smaller brush. The eyeliner is opaque and the colour is a deep black. It stays all the day. I have to use an oil-based eye makeup remover to wash it off.
