I LOVE this liner! It glides on so well and actually stays put on the waterline. After a night of being restless this liner is a sure way to look bright and awake fast. It helps to brighten and open the eyes, I love it! A little goes a long way so it will last forever

This eyeliner works very well! It doesn't tug on your waterline, and it's smudgeable because it's extremely creamy. It can smudge and run a little if you are sweating, or somewhere hot and humid. But in normal conditions, it does fine.

The only eyeliner I use! I love the precision tip and the fact that I can apply a second layer without it flaking or smearing. Definitely one of the better drugstore eyeliners out there.

Dark blue. Decent pigment. Smudges nicely, Does not lock in place. Texture is not dry or creamy. It's okay, just overly excited about this product. There are drugstore brands that perform better at a much lower cost.

Nice eye liner from not very popular brand KIKI. Its very affordable. Looks nice, feels soft and is easy to apply. Twist mechanism. Wont last all day, would need to do some touch ups. But for that price, I wouldnt expect too much.

Coming in at just under $2.00 before tax one might not expect much. This eyeliner is the one to beat though. Easy application, stays all day without smudging, and best of all it's waterproof.
