This stuff is awesome! I do find after around 8 hours it does start to move around and smudge a bit, but the application is so smooth and it's soooooooooo pigmented.

I received this item in an Ipsy Glam Bag. Very easy to apply, I like the brush, it's not too stiff and also very thin so you can build up your liner to the thickness you want. It's a glittery liner which I'm not a huge fan of, I've kind of grown out of glitter in my makeup.

The Hikari eye liner color I got was STORM. It is a silvery color, but not sparkly. The liner itself comes in a plastic twist container, so no need to sharpen it! I'd say that's a major PLUS! Another plus is that the liner goes on nice and smooth, so no pulling of the eyelids!

i tried these pencils in Black and Silver. They were difficult to apply and did not glide on smoothly. I had to press hard on the pencil (which hurt) to get any colour on. They are inexpensive (found at Walmart's) but a waste of money.

It's a great basic eye liner that lasts a long time. I've used it for years in the colour 'coffee'. It is great for fair medium skin tones - not over powering.

I received this in my Ipsy bag, I was not happy with it at all. I was surprised that it will not put liner on your waterline at all. And just using it as top liner it did not go on well, I probably won't be buying this eyeliner again
