I have sensitive eyes due to an accident. Most eyeliner irritates my eyes...except for Quo. The green is an exceptional color. I get compliments on it all the time. Goes on smooth and even really easily.

very nice eye liner that applies smoothly because it is creamy and has a nice colour to it ( mine is black) but it does irritate my eyes ( they turn red very quickly) so i had to switch to a different brand and also even tho it says waterproof it isn't , I had to apply a few...

This eye liner has such great colour, and doesn’t make my eyes water, like so many other brands! Good for sensitive eyes, in my opinion. Smooth application!

This is my FAVE eyeliner and pretty much the only one I can use. I've pretty much used this eye liner since I was a teenager and the only one that does not irritate my eyes. I have noticed with different brands that my eyes feel watery and itchy and get blurry within 5 minutes...

I definitely recommend this as it gives off a very good eyeliner wing because the tip is super precise and extremely pigmented! What I love about this eyeliner pen is it’s very affordable and doesn’t require a lot to use!

This is by far the best eyeliner I've had in long time. Covers my eyelids perfect last all day long. I have had no smuging. I'm most happy to say trying it i for sure be buying again I recommend to anyone

This eyeliner would be great if it ever worked! Half of the time the liner works for a few days and then theres nothing. Its like it dries out way to quickly and I only have it open to use it.

Holy Grail eyeliner? YES! I found this in walmart on a shopping trip for makeup and figured for 9 dollars for 3 eyeliners the price couldn't be beat! It took me close to a YEAR to finish the black liner and I'm still working on the other two colours, mostly using them on holiday...

I bought this eyeliner and was not very thrilled. In general pretty good, but smudges a lot, and not very long lasting. I need to reapply several times per day.

I'm not in love with it as it is definitely not waterproof and just didn't die on as smooth as I expected. I usually like E.L.F products but this one wasn't the one for me.

This is my all time favourite eye liner, from the brush shape to the formula's staying powder. Too bad they don't sell this in Canada, I stock up every time I visit Asia.

This is an easy to use eyeliner pencil that works well. The black goes on dark and defines your eye well. Lasts throughout the day, although it is not waterproof and can smudge in the heat.
