I love the products they carry! I have always received great customer service. The store has a very relaxed atmosphere and I feel I can browse at leisure without any pressure from the staff. When I have questions about any of the products the staff have always been very helpful...

I am a frequent TCP shopper,and have been to many stores in b.c and the states. this store would have to be in my top 5 worst. They have poor customer service, a very crampt store, not enough selections, not enough "clearance" clothes, no visable price checkers...
