Bulk Barn Apple Cider Powder

2 reviews

I bought this apple cider powder drink at Bulk Barn, was surprised to see it there. I was thinking maybe I would be disappointed by it. But I made a mug on a cold evening and I loved it. It was very tasty and it tasted like apple cider. I will go again to Bulk Barn and buy...

If you are like me and like to follow a clean eating diet then these chocolate chips are a pantry essential for baking. They are gluten-free, dairy free, refined sugar free and vegan. Melt the same as reg ch. Chips and have a great taste.
Gogo Quinoa Organic Pancake Mix

1 review

I bought this pancake mix because we are going Paleo/Auto Immune for my daughter. I had to search online and thru all our local grocers before I finally found this one that is gluten free, paleo and potato starch free as well (trying to keep out nightshades). My daughter said...
Tenderflake Pure Lard

3 reviews

I have tried making pie crust using butter, i have tried with shortening and with lard. Out of them all I find pie crust made with tenderflake lard is the best. It makes a decadently flaky pie crust every time. When it comes to pastries Tenderflake lard is my number one choice.
Beemaid honey

This is an amazing honey and we recently picked up a bottle of this stuff at our local Walmart for an awesome price of $6. It tastes slightly sweeter to me than other honey brands that I have had and we use it every day for tea and coffee. I love it that it’s a massive size so...
Sloppy joe

I bought this brand at the grocery store because I could not find the usual brand that I know and love. As I was cooking it into the ground beef it looked delicious. After tasting the prodjuct it had an unusual and unappealing flavour. Will not be buying this product again.
Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice muffin mix

I’m admittedly a big fan of pumpkin, but this mix was delicious and easy to work with. I find this brand to be really reliable, as I have used some of their other products as before.
Betty Crocker Gluten Free Bisquick

A product I love and continue to buy. We all have those days where we don't want to make things from scratch. Maybe we don't have all the ingredients we need or we're in a rush in the morning. These are perfect! Just need water, eggs ( or egg replacer in my case) a bit of oil...

My grandma Introduced me to tenderflake the first time she taught me how to make pie crusts. They turned out amazing and I have only used this since :)
Red Star Active Dry Yeast

1 review

I have been baking with yeast for a long time now and recently started using Red Star and I am so pleased with the results. It has much finer grains than what I used to use and a less "yeasty" taste. It foams and rises beautifully.
Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Devil's Food Mix

15 reviews

I like Duncan Hines cake mix, unlike Betty Crocker it does have better quality ingredients if you compare their list of ingredients . It can be pricy sometimes but I buy it in bulk when it is on promo at loblaws, 2 for $4 is a good deal. Good value for money.

Sunsweet Raisins

1 review

I buy Sunsweet Raisins because they are organic and they are sweet and juicy tasting. They come in a two pack at Costco and are a great value. I use them in muffins, loaves and sweet breads (cinnamon rolls)
Yupik Organic Coconut Flour

1 review

The packaging is adorable! The best part: the flour is very finely milled and seems wonderful, but I haven't used it for baking yet. For keto, it's the lowest carb count I've been able to find. Overall very satisfied for the price!
Betty Crocker Banana Bread with Walnuts Baking Mix

3 reviews

Pretty good tasting and such an easy baking experience as someone who does not bake all that often. The taste was also pretty good but unconventional from where I am.
Colman's Mustard Powder

1 review

I add Colman's Dry Mustard to a variety of sauces that I make to go over meat. I also use it when I make homemade macaroni salad to spice up the wet sauce a little.
Nabob steak spice

1 review

I also use a little bit of Nabob Steak Spice from time to time if I don't want my seasoning too spicy. It is a ground mix of onions, peppers and oregano, basil etc.
Pesto Herb Mix

1 review

I bought this Pesto Mix from Victorian Epicure (home party business) and found that I used it a lot. I added it to my bread machine to make pesto french bread, made pizza sauce with it and added it alfredo sauce to go over hot pasta.
