I buy Carnation skim milk powder from Superstore to use in baking sweet squares. I found a recipe to make a substitute for "Eagle Brand Milk" using this powder. It turns out sweet and thick just like the can product, but for a lot less money.

This Epicure Chai spice is great in baking You can use it to add flavor to sugar cookies. If you like Chai you will love this. I use it in cookies, waffles pancakes, scones rice pudding and added to yogurt its lovely .

I buy Costco Mariani sliced almonds to toast for salads, to add to muffins, to put in Christmas baking and to add to yogurt and granola with fruit. They are nice because they are already sliced, which makes them easy to use in recipes.
