This is my go to cereal. It has a lot of healthy ingredients and a ton of fiber. They are chocolate flavoured so taste great. Can eat with milk or just on its own as a snack!

This is such a nice filling breakfast and lunch if you want. It has chunks of fruit and nut in it and it is satisfying and tastes great. It is something I keep at work for those days where you need something quick, easy and tastes good.

I love this cereal, with hot water poured on top, drained and smothered in brown sugar. It is a nice shape and two fit in the bowl quite nicely. I scrunch the muffets and eat just with milk and brown sugar or one on it's own just for a snack.

This is a great cereal as a base to add additional toppings with. By itself, it has dried raisins which will leave you wanting more flavouring on it. It isn't particularly filling but it isn't heavy either.

I often buy Life cereal since it's tasty and isn't sweet. We usually add nuts, flax and raisins to make it more nutritious. Always great with milk, soy drink or plain yogourt.
