I believe this chocolate bar is American. It is a milk chocolate bar with crisped rice. I'm not a huge fan of crisped rice only chocolates, however, a small bite size version of this bar is nice when I need a chocolate fix.

my family loves a good glass of chocolate milk! this stuff is as good as the name brands! my daughter says its good for dipping sugar cookies in, i wouldnt know because i dont care for those but the milk i love.
