The blueberries are small and not much taste to them. Other brands is better in size and taste which I usually buy. I like them because they are healthy to eat.

I shop at Safeway for convenience. They dont always have the best prices or quality. Their frozen vegetables are a bit spendy. I have a huge family so i prefer the best price i can find.

These are all natural soy beans in the pod. They take just a couple minutes to heat through. A little sprinkle of sea salt and they are good to go. So yummy!!!!

These are great to let defrost and then eat as a cold, refreshing snack! They are perfect to pack in a lunch in the morning....ready to eat by mid-day. I found them to be too big to blend on my Nutribullet though :(

I love brussels sprouts, and when I can't find them, these frozen ones are the best thing. THey can just be popped in boiling water and ready in 7 mins. Or I like to roast them in the oven with carrots, garlic and olivve oils.

I picked these up the other day at" NoFrills" on Notre Dame in Winnipeg. Man are they good - IQF so that they don't stick together, they're not stringy like some brands, and they were only $2.99 can't beat that!

These blueberries are from B.C, Canada. They are really nice. Sweet and tart....a great combination! I love adding them to smoothies, waffles, or just eat on their own.

Costed me 10 dollars. Most of the freeze dried food I have tried before taste more real than this one. This one is too bland and the process used to freeze dry the blue berries made it lose a lot of the natural flavours.
