These are great to let defrost and then eat as a cold, refreshing snack! They are perfect to pack in a lunch in the morning....ready to eat by mid-day. I found them to be too big to blend on my Nutribullet though :(

I love brussels sprouts, and when I can't find them, these frozen ones are the best thing. THey can just be popped in boiling water and ready in 7 mins. Or I like to roast them in the oven with carrots, garlic and olivve oils.
