All but gluten sandwich bread

2 reviews

This bread is a good alternative to wheat bread. Like most GF bread it's best when toasted and it's pretty small for a sandwich, but it's sure better than a lot of options out there, and the price isn't exorbitant for something that's GF.

Milton's baked crackers are a part of the non-GMO project, they are trans fat free, gluten free, and taste incredible. These were a great Costco find, and I will be stocking up just in case they are not a permanent item. From the Milton's website: + Certified Gluten-Free +...
Glutino Chocolate Chip Cookies

I bought these as they were on sale at walmart, 4 bags, I am not one to eat chips ahoy or any other kind of chocolate chip cookies, I must say these were so good...when I wanted something sweet, and without the guilt.
Pamela's Artisan Flour Blend

I like this better than most other gluten free flour. The cost is the too bad for gluten free. Does well in homemade baked goods. It is the main flour that I buy

If you have never tried Pamela's Gluten Free Cake Mix, especially in the chocolate, you must try. It really is the best cake mix I have ever tried, regardless of it being gluten free. Moist and tender, deep chocolate flavour, just amazing. I can almost guarantee that you...

As a mom who has a child with life threatening allergies, finding cakes that are safe is a battle! I am so grateful that Betty Crocker started making gluten free cake mixes. As a mom you want your child to enjoy cake just like all the other kids do. Whether it's a birthday...
Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix

1 review

This is the best gluten free pizza dough I've ever tried, including from a restaurant. The dough handles well and the taste is almost indistinguishable from a traditional flour-based crust. We shared some with friends who do not eat gluten free and even they liked it. Highly...

Rizopia Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles Gluten Free

1 review

Rizopia Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles - what can I say except yummy! 100 % gluten free with a great texture when cooked. Like any gluten free Rice Flour product - you need to watch portions as they tend to be high in carbs - but makes an excellent tasting lasagna for a treat. I...
daiya deliciously dairy free fire-roasted vegetable pizza

This pizza didn't hit the mark. I was so excited when my local grocery store started selling these, so I picked one up and let me tell you the vegan cheese used tastes just plain almonds.
Starbucks Flourless Chewy Chocolate Cookie

1 review

This flourless (and GF) cookie is on the new "La Boulange" menu at Starbucks. My only complaint is that you have to purchase a 2-pack (for $5!!) rather than having he option of buying just 1. The texture is just what I like in a flourless cookie - fudgey. It isn't something I...
Van's Natural Foods Wheat Gluten Free Waffles

Much better to make waffles yourself from a good GF flour or from the GF Bisquick mix. Very gritty feeling/taste of this product. Flavour is okay, kinda bland. Toppings are definitely needed.

There's a recipe on the back of the package for brownies. It's not bad, but the bottom of the brownie comes out crumbly.
Ocean's SnacKit Albacore Tuna & Rice Crackers Gluten Free

4 reviews

I purchased the SnacKits in a case of 8 from Costco as an easy lunch option. I was disappointed with the flavour; the tuna is very sweet which I didn't like. I don't know why sugar needs to be the 4th ingredient. I also found there was way too much tuna to the 6 crackers you...
