These tofu shiritaki noodles are amazing!!! They are cholestérol free, vegan and only 15 calories per serving. The texture is great. Almost like rice noodles but more of a bite. They make eating pasta guilt free! I buy multiple packs a week. Highly recommended.

I buy at least one bag of Harina PAN every week (the white corn meal). I use it to prepare arepas, a Venezuelan dish. This is gluten free and it can easily replace bread. This is definitely a good product to try if you haven't already try!!

This is a great (better) alternative to instant oatmeal packets. The coconut flavour is nice, but it is unsweetened. I add a little bit of maple syrup. I can make this in the microwave at work for a nutritious breakfast. Honestly though, I will only buy them on sale.

WOW these are SO good. great as a snack or even on a salad! These did not last long in my house at all, also was able to get on sale so not sure what the regular cost is.
