Italian Reviews

Everyone has their 'favourite little Italian place', their date night go-to or parking spot for lovelorn carb-aholic therapy.  Whether our love affair's with authentic Italian food or the pseudo-Italian Americanized fare we prefer, the blend of fresh housemade pastas and pizzas, cheese, garlic and great wine is a recipe for a sizzling night out or a satisfying night in.  Pair that with a great patio and we'll throw all those silly New Year's resolutions out the window right here and now.

Belle Notte Ristorante

Food is quite good. The restaurant is usually quite busy on the weekend - reservations are recommended. Their antipasto platter is very good as a starter. Wasn't fussy on the desserts though - supermarket tartufo = meh. Would probably go back.

Marca Trattoria

Not sure what all the fuss is about over this restaurant. The food was average at best, small portions of Americanized impersonations of Italian flavours, and far overpriced. The waitress was fine but their front of house manager/maître d' had quite the snooty attitude. They...
