I enjoy this olive oil for sautéing foods - my only complaint is that it doesn't come in a smaller bottle. I don't use a lot of oil, so it often goes rancid before I use it up.

Being a dog mum, I use coconut oil a lot, helps with his coat, his digestive system and help stop any itchy spots he may get. I also use it with Dawn Dish soap when he gets bathed. It is also great to cook with.

Planters Peanut oil gives a great taste to fried rice,fish and chicken. It is about the same cost as Olive Oil. If you are looking to add a little flavour to lightly fried foods give this a try but be careful of food allegies.
