We use Vega one Protein shakes as our morning routine, we will use Coconut or Almond Milk as the base. We will add things like frozen fruit, hemp hearts, flax seed.... It was getting a bit used to at first...but all good now

Great protein to use ! It tastes so good and it dissolves easily in a shaker cup. They offer a lot of great flavours as well to pick from. I’d definitely recommend this

I brought 2 different flavours of this protein powder, initially reviews i saw said that cookies and cream was too sickly or others said it didnt taste nice, however, i think it tastes lovely and is very inexpensive compared to other brands despite it doing the exact same job

I love this protein shake!! It's super high in protein (26g) and lower in sugar. My favourite flavour is the banana and strawberry. It's delicious and easy on the stomach for anyone who has lactose intolerance. I would recommend 10000%!
