These are great! Has a nice, not over powering coffee flavour. It's perfect as a snack or the end of a meal. It's healthy, but satisfies that sweet tooth I get sometimes.

These are almost like a yogurt drink but a bit thicker. I tried the blueberry one and it is really tasty. It is a bit thick but it has a nice flavor to it. It is a great meal replacement when you are on the run. Plus I keep hearing kefir is supposed to be good for your skin.

I'm a big fan of this brand of yogurts. I love the smooth rich texture and the vanilla is not over powering and is great to use in smoothies. I like to replace my milk for this yogurt in with my cereal. This yogurt is a bit pricey but you can always find it on sale.

A very good yogurt. I like the pre-mixed ones and the blueberry has a lot of berry chunks in it. While the zero milk fat is not necessarily the best for nutrition, it is a tasty and low calorie snack for breakfasts or lunches.
