I had to drink these while in hospital in March. I had really bad kidneys and this was something I could tolerate since I wasn’t eating much. It has 475 calories and such high fat. Way too sweet for a diabetic. But I guess if you have failing kidneys, it works.

If you see this at Costco, pick it up. The value is amazing. Two flavors at my costso are chocolate and vanilla. My family prefers the chocolate. It mixes well if just water in a shaker cup.
