This is by far the best brand of protein, in my opinion. They are pharmaceutical grade, and excellent after having bariatric surgery. This isn't my favourite flavour - but that's personal, as I know other people absolutely love it. I will continue to buy this brand.

If kept in the fridge if will last a long time but like most preworkouts, if left out it will turn into a hard clump. Taste is usually super sour and sweet. The effectiveness is definitely worth trying. Doesn't cause major jitters, just a solid focus to chase that pump!
