This is a 1005 pure essential oil, orange scent. it helps with stress and insomnia honestly this is the first time using an essential oil as a therapeutic treatment. There are still many more I would love to try. Only a couple drops every use so it does last you for awhile.

I enjoy this product, I use it before bed and put it on the bottoms of my foot or along my neck. I do feel relaxed in bed but it's not so obvious where I am a true believer in it. If you can get it as a gift or to try for free, that's the way to go!

I bought this with the intent to use in in skin care. I made my own toner....water and this oil. I thought it was be good for my skin. I didn't really seen any difference while using it. I also ended up putting some drops into my diffuser. There was no scent at all.
