Although the taste is okay, the product does not work at all. Maybe for a minor sore throat it might help, but definitely not for anything more. Just as efficient as sucking on candy.

Oil of Oregano is the best remedy to prevent cold or flu from invading your body. It has a very strong flavour so I put a few drops in a couple of tablespoons of water and down it like a shot :) Very effective!!!

I love that Ricola has sugar free throat lozenges . My favourite is cherry. It really helps if you have an irritated throat or a cough. It's soothing and has a great taste. They produce several flavours with natural herbs. Wonderful product. I highly recommend it.

I have recently switched from Gravol to using the Life Brand Anti-Nauseant Tablets. They work just as well as gravol and cost A LOT less. They can be found at shoppers in different varieties - I also like to purchase the ginger based ones which the life brand offers.
